1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if there is a clear manufacturing error (such as a printing defect or the wrong item being sent), we’ve got you covered.

  • Notification: Please contact us at [Your Email Address] within 14 days of product delivery.

  • Evidence: You must include a high-quality photo of the damaged area/defect and your order number.

  • Resolution: Once the defect is verified, we will provide a replacement sent to you at no cost or a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Size Exchanges & "Buyer’s Remorse"

Because each item is custom-made to order, we do not currently offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection (Please refer to our Size Charts before ordering).

  • Change of mind or "buyer’s remorse."

  • Shipping address errors provided by the customer.

Note: We highly recommend checking the size guide on each product page to ensure a perfect fit before completing your purchase.

3. Refund Process

If a refund is approved for a defective item:

  • The refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Packages Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to our printing partner due to an insufficient address or being unclaimed, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
